Making a comeback as a two-member group, Tohoshinki's 31st single 'Why (Keep You Head Down)' was released on January 26 and achieved #1 on the Oricon singles chart by making a 133 000 sales record on that single day.
Following Tohoshinki's album release of 'Toki Wo Tomete' last year March, this is their first official release after 10 months. In addition to 'Why', the Japanese version of 'Maximum' will be included in the single, which was released in Korea earlier before.
Despite Tohoshinki's previous 5-member activities, U-Know Yunho and Choikang Changmin's achievement once again proves the immense support and popularity they have amongst Japanese fans.
On another note, Tohoshinki will be meeting fans in 'SMTOWN in Tokyo' at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium, as well as on 'Music Station' on the 28th, where they will appear alongside SNSD and officially begin their Japan activities.
