NeoWiz Internet got together with Asia's top group TVXQ from SM Entertainment to release a smartphone application for the group's album 'Why (Keep Your Head Down)'.
The 'Why (Keep Your Head Down)' album app allows users to enjoy 10 songs from the album, various videos such as TV ads/greetings/music videos and a 50 page photobook.
Through 'In App Purchases', which allows users to buy products within the app, people can download the application for free and then buy the songs they wish to get. Each song costs 0.99 USD and all songs are available in a package for 7.99 USD.
Director Lee Jun Hwan of NeoWiz Internet stated, "As TVXQ is Asia's top group, their application will be available wordwide and we are targeting the global market with it," and "As TVXQ is popular in the 20s and 30s age range, a lot of whom use smartphones, we believe the application will be successful."
