Together: Hello, we are TVXQ!
Changmin: Yes, it's been a really long time for you guys to be able to listen to our new album.
Yunho: Yes. Our hearts feel really full. This time, the album we are greeting everyone with is called 'Why'. With regards to this album, my thought was, "isn't this an album that can express TVXQ's pride?"
Changmin: Also, it's an album that has come out after so long, so we sincerely worked our hardest and practiced a lot in order for everyone to hear our more mature voices and even greater music. We really worked hard.
In addition, various styles of dance, ballad, and R&B, and of course there were previous styles that we worked with like House, rap, and others right?
Yunho: Yes, because this time we tried out many different styles from before, we hope everyone will anticipate it. Changmin, the lyrics for your solo song was personally written by you right?
Changmin: Ahh, yes, in the album we each have our own solo songs so I tried composing the lyrics for my solo song.
Yunho: I took a look at the lyrics and was really touched by it. There have been so many composers who have written wonderful songs for us. Everyone might be familiar with them; Yoo Young Jin, Hyun Ji...
Changmin: Park Chang Hyun and E-TRIBE, there are a lot.
Yunho: Yes, there are other composers who have always collaborated with TVXQ, but new ones have joined in. Like how we mentioned before, E-TRIBE is working with us for the first time. Everyone's personalities are so cool and have given us a lot of guidance. I think that many great songs will be created in the future, and I hope everyone will fully anticipate it.
Changmin: Our title song is called 'Why', which is written for a departing lover. At the last part where it's like 'already forgotten, completely erased' are lyrics full of power that throws away the memories of the already departed lover.
Yunho: It contains really a strong tone, but at the same time, is a message that is full of hope. So it has an SMP style that we've always presented to everyone, but it is a song that has more masculine power. Everyone, the song is great and the lyrics are awesome too, but most importantly, we hope everyone will greatly anticipate our performance and give us even more love.
Changmin: What do you think is the most special or important part of the performance?
Yunho: Changmin and my special points are different. During the performance, both Changmin and my fortes are individually expressed in different parts. It's hard to explain it to everyone, but you'll know after you watch the choreography. Because there were group dancing, there were very powerful dance moves. Once everyone sees these dance moves, I thought that "doesn't this have a very cool feeling?"
Changmin: In the future after the release of the album, we will continue working hard with our music activities in order to show everyone our best. Also, since we have our individual schedules, like with the filming of the drama of 'Poseidon'. Even though it's winter, they're working hard with the filming. When Yunho-hyung films, it's really cold, so I hope everyone will show him more love and care. The drama I participated in 'Paradise Meadow' will soon be broadcasted, so I hope everyone will show me more love and anticipate it.
Yunho: Yes, in order to show everyone a completely new side of TVXQ, we will continue to work hard, so please show us more love in the future.
Together: It has been TVXQ, thank you!
